By submitting their data on the dewprofessional.ru website by filling in the fields when placing an order, registering on the website or completing a survey, the user confirms and acknowledges that they have read the terms of consent to the processing of personal data set out below (hereinafter: the “Consent”) and gives their consent to these terms without reservation or limitation, acting of their own free will and in their own interests.

1. In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006, by accepting the terms of this Consent the user (hereinafter the “Client”) gives consent to DEW PROFESSIONAL (hereinafter the “Company”) to process and transfer their personal data for the purpose of providing services and/or processing orders.

2. The Personal Data permitted for processing and transfer under this Consent are provided by the Client by completing fields on the dewprofessional.ru website when placing an order, registering on the website or taking a survey, and include the following information: surname, first name, telephone number, address and email address (hereinafter the “Personal Data”). The Personal Data provided by the Client are entered into the Company’s electronic database.

3. Processing of Personal Data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with Personal Data, with or without the use of automation, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, copying, transfer (distribution, provision, access, including transfer to third parties, not excluding cross-border transfer where the need for it arises in the course of fulfilling obligations), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of Personal Data.

4. By providing their Personal Data, the Client agrees to their processing by the Company, including for the purposes of providing services and fulfilling the user’s orders; promoting goods and services; conducting electronic and SMS surveys; sending informational materials, including advertising, about events and promotions, services provided and prize draws, among others, to the user’s email address and mobile telephone; promoting goods and services; monitoring user satisfaction and service quality; evaluating and analysing the website’s performance; customer support; and for other purposes established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and this consent of the Client.

5. The Client agrees that, in order to provide services and fulfil orders, the Company may transfer the Guest’s Personal Data to its employees, affiliated companies and third parties that have signed an undertaking to keep the information received confidential.

6. The Company may use cookie technology (cookies: service information sent by a web server to the user’s computer to be stored in the browser. It is used to store data specific to a given user and used by the web server for various purposes). The Client hereby consents to the collection, analysis and use of cookies, including by third parties, for the purposes of compiling statistics and optimising advertising messages. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies; however, the Client may reset these settings and set the browser to block all cookies or to notify when they are sent. Please note that some features and services may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

7. The Company receives information about the Client’s IP address when the Client visits the dewprofessional.ru website. This information is not used to identify the Client.

8. The Company is not responsible for information provided by the Guest on the website in a publicly accessible form.

9. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the law shall not be deemed a breach of obligations.

10. The Client may opt out of receiving advertising and other information without giving reasons by notifying the Company of their refusal by telephone or by sending a corresponding written request to info@dewprofessional.ru

11. This Consent may be withdrawn by the Client or the Client’s legal representative by sending a written request to info@dewprofessional.ru

12. If the Client wishes to obtain information relating to their personal data or to change the information provided, they may send a request to info@dewprofessional.ru

13. If the Client or their representative withdraws this Consent, the Company may continue processing the Personal Data without the consent of the personal data subject where there are grounds set out in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 26.06.2006.

14. This Consent is valid from the moment it is given indefinitely or until processing of the personal data ceases, as set out in clauses 11 and 13 of this Consent.
